The philosophy of The CareConnection is that elders or other seriously ill patients maintain better health, higher energy, and more happiness and life involvement if allowed to remain in their home as long as safety and health requirements can be ensured.



The goal of The CareConnection is to support elders living independently in their homes by providing for and maintaning their safety, health care and optimal level of well being. This is accomplished by arranging for competent, compassionate and compatible care providers.
